The Beara peninsula offers varied walking experiences from short country lane strolls to mountain hiking. The Beara Way walking route is a 208km waymarked trail around the peninsula. This takes you through varying mountain and sea shore scenery. It is very versatile, allowing you to make your own short or long loop walks.
The Beara Way cycling route follows mostly country roads and like the walking route takes you through a range of scenery. Bicycles can be hired locally and can be delivered to Inches House for you.
There is a local stables only 3km from Inches House.
The West Cork Sailing school is situated 20 minutes from Inches House in the beautiful bay of Adrigole.
