Terms and Conditions 2017

Inches House Maulin, Milleeny & Miskish Self-Catering Holiday Cottages

We are pet friendly by prior arrangement. we have pets of our own and Hens and Ducks, so prior knowledge is essential.

All terms are per week (unless part week booking confirmed) commencing at 3pm on Saturday and ending at 10am on day of departure.  Reservations can be made with a 25% deposit by Irish Cheque, by paypal or by bank transfer.

This reservation will constitute a binding contract between yourself and Inches House.  In the event of cancellation we will make every effort to re-let the accommodation, and if this can be done, the deposit will be returned.  If we are not successful, an account for the full amount will be rendered.

Balance of rent to be paid NOT LESS THAN 28 days prior to arrival.  No reminders will be given and cottages not paid for will be re-let, if possible.  Any cottage booked within 28 days of stay must be paid in full at time of booking.

Tenants will be responsible for making good any damage or loss, however caused, to the property. Your cottage must be left clean and vacated by 10am on day of departure. We reserve the right to charge for any damage or extra cleaning should it be necessary.  No more than 2 pets per cottage.

We suggest you take out your own Holiday Insurance Policy to cover possible cancellations
